All we ask you to do is to is to decide whether you want to donate or sell your vehicle, then fill in the appropriate form, click submit and leave the rest to us.
A member of our team will contact you within 24hrs to confirm your details. Please reply to our confirmation e-mail to ensure a collection is arranged, if we do not receive a reply from you your details will be removed.
Please ensure that once a collection has been arranged at a date and time
convenient for you that you adhere to this and do not make alternative
arrangements. If our driver arrives to find the vehicle gone a charge will
be made.
Once our driver arrives, he will help to fill in all the appropriate
paperwork and is authorised by the company to sign on our behalf. If you
cannot be present for the removal of your vehicle our driver will fill in
your V5 (logbook) and post it back through your front door for you to send
to DVLA or can bring it back to the office for us to send. We work with you
not against you.
Once we have collected your vehicle we take all end of life vehicles straight to an authoried depollution centre where it is legally depolluted of harmful chemicals and destroyed in accordance with the governments guidelines or if your vehicle needs only minor repair, we can repair it and sell the car at a competitive price.
If you have lost the V5 (logbook) please print and fill in the Transfer of Ownership Form that can then be sent to DVLA to notify them of the change of keeper.
If you have lost your keys, we can still collect, or have any other query that you think may prevent us from collecting your vehicle, please contact us.
